Q: How much is shipping? 

A: Express shipping is available at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, purchases outside of the Continental U.S. do not qualify for Free shipping. There is a flat rate depending on the size of your purchase and location. 

Q: I’m not fully in love with my purchase, what do I do?

A: If you’re not in love with your purchase, check out the Jentou Guarantee. If you’re looking to return your purchase, please contact us at (877) 672-7688 or send us an email at hello@jentou.com. This works for gifts too. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns.

 

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

A: A refund can take up to two weeks.

 

Q: Are there Jentou gift certificates and/or gift cards?

A: Not yet, but you can stay updated by signing up for our email list!

 

Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

A: No, we currently only accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 

Q: What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

A: A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a website and is stored on your computer's hard drive. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites. For more information about how we use cookies, See Our Privacy Policy.

 

Q: How long will it take to ship?

A: We fulfill orders daily, except for Saturday and Sunday. Place your order by 1pm Pacific time and we will ship it out the same day. If not, it will go out the next business day. The rest depends on the shipping speed you chose.

 

Depending on where you live in the U.S., most regular deliveries take 3-5 business days.

 

Q: Do you guys have real brick and mortar stores?

A: No, we do not have a brick and mortar store. We wish we could assist you face to face during your shopping experience with Jentou, but to keep our prices as low as we can, we only have our online boutique.

  

Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

A: Email us and let us know, or just hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
